A Boy And His Sock

Stuffing an old sock with some catnip, then tying a knot in one end, and tossing it on the carpet seems to qualify as a fairly decent cat toy.

Sammy was quickly possessive of his new present tonight so we had to quickly make one for Ripley as well. 
She also appeared extremely pleased.

Luckily I appear to have an almost inexhaustible supply of old socks in a drawer.
