I'm Hiding!

"They'll never spot me among all these bluebells"
Sorry Rona but an orange and white dog just cannot hide among bluebells.
We went over to the Antonine Wall this afternoon and the bluebells were almost at their prime. Rona was just happy to soak up the sunshine.
Historical note: The Antonine Wall crossed Scotland from Bowling on the Clyde to about Grangemouth on the Forth. It was a turf rampart about 3 to 4 meters high with a wooden palisade on top. A deep, wide ditch to the front (North) provided a "killing zone" (nice!) and the "military road" ran along the South side to provide supplies, reinforcements and all that.
Thus endeth the lesson.
