Glasgow to Edinburgh

Today we did the Pedal for Scotland Freshnlo Glasgow to Edinburgh challenge which was 47 miles in total. We got up at 6.30 to get a bus from Murrayfield Stadium to Glasgow and after literally hours of queuing to accommodate for the 9000 people doing it, we started the ride at 10.30.
Cycling with 9000 people had its ups and downs such as sometimes getting stuck behind people and having to go extremely slowly. However having so many people made it very safe from cars and an experience you couldn't get another way. The climax of the ride ended with being cheered into Murrayfield Stadium which was a great end to a great day.
