Effigies

in the church of St Mary and St Margaret, Sprowston, near Norwich, a friend is Reader there and takes services. The effigies date from the early 1600s, Sir Thomas Corbet died in 1617 and alongside is his wife Ann.

Successive generations were distinguished lawyers and Royalists in the Civil War.
