Try 20

Today I walked to the nearest woodland.

I can walk more than 20 mins, but I've not done it everyday and don't feel like going too far.

Having to wear compression stockings for at least 3 months after STP blood clot in my leg is getting to me :/

Short regular walks are going to help build up strength again.

Try 20 maybe vary length, but advantage to take camera as distraction along the way.
