But, then again . . . . .

Misty Sunset.

The cloud had been hanging over the Pentlands all day and, when I popped out at dusk, there was a nice little sunset developing. I had actually gone out to blip a sycamore flower spike which I noticed yesterday and, when combined with the adjacent leaves, looked slightly phallic. I think it must be a man thing, never quite leaving the lavatorial humour behind.

On another front, the replacement Roslin panel of “The Great Scottish Tapestry” was unveiled yesterday and featured on the BBC website today, though it failed to make the news broadcasts. It was featured in some newspapers but hasn’t made it to Google yet. The work was actually completed six months ago and I took pictures to prove it but, unfortunately, that was before it had been stretched and Mrs TD put an embargo on their publication.
It’s sad to note that the designer, Andrew Crummy (featured in the photograph), has cancer but, on the bright side, appears to be making a good recovery. We wish him well.
