Cabbage White

L and I were supposed to be visiting a disabled friend this morning but because of illness our visit has been postponed.

We had an unexpected free morning ..... the sky was blue, the sun was shining and it was warm enough to leave jackets in the car. With the slide back roof on the car open we set off for Mugdock Country Park where we enjoyed our coffee before buying some plants and having a walk round one of the many routes in the park.

This little cabbage white was flitting about among the dandelions and was considerate enough to alight on the flower head long enough for me to take one, not very sharp, photo.
