Feels like minus sixteen

It's actually a balmy 1 degree Fahrenheit right now (minus 17 Celsius) but with the wind chill, according to the weather channel, it feels like minus 16 Fahrenheit, (minus 26 Celsius)

Whatever! Truth is, after minus 10 it's all just plain cold.
