Last weekend my son and granddaughter stayed with us whilst my daughter-in-law was away at my future daughter-in-law's Hen weekend. My son had an ankle operation last week and can't put any weight on his foot so couldn't look after our granddaughter by himself. They bought me a beautiful bunch of roses and a card to say thank you - the roses have opened up and look really lovely now!
