watching:  Face to Face interview with Evelyn Waugh 
my father's favourite novelist, whom he met once.  it was fascinating.
also a 1972 Parkinson interview with David Niven - entertaining, but i found Niven's uncomfortable body language distressing to watch, and also surprising.
