Park Life

And they are off!
The teenager and I went along to the local
Parkrun today as volunteers. That's volunteering to help, not to run.
We were both at the finish line and it was nice to see the speedy front runners coming in. I'm usually at the back of the pack and the front runners are heading home!
Back to running next week for me and I think I've hooked the Teenager in for part of his Duke of Edinburgh Award.
