Improvers and beginners

My Wednesday 'Improvers and beginners' Wednesday session has come on a lot lately.
Most of these struggled with 2 miles when they first came to me, now all do 4 without any problem and some a lot more.

I can't work out whether its the coach they come for, or the jelly babies I bring!
