Iceberg

Spent a few hours sitting in the sun with Michael today. The roses are flourishing as is his lawn that he waters daily. And the strelitzia is flowering for the first time ever.

Also walked to the gate and did some yoga - it feels good to have done something, I've been struggling for over a year to get back into things.
