Snow it isn't

Arriving in Nagano at 6 am after a 7 hour, uncomfortable and cramped bus trip was nothing short of incredible! A boy from the Sunshine Coast, Australia, seeing snow for the first time.

After arriving we walked for 20 minutes through the cloud like powder, in the dark to our hotel. We dropped our bags off and hit the slopes in the hope that my surfing skills would translate to snowboarding skills.
