Empty offices

Nickimags888 and I were chatting about this the other day. How the building of a group of new modern office blocks is causing firms to move out of the town centre.

One of these buildings, maybe all, have been empty since 2013.

The new office blocks were supposed to draw new businesses to the island, and that does not seem to have happened, but if it did, the empty buildings would still exist, wouldn't they, somewhere else.
