A walk in the forest

I've spent too much time in the car, and far too little time walking, getting out and about recently. I can feel my 'fitness', such as it is, ebbing away. So a good long walk was essential this weekend. A new to me area of the forest of Dean was the tonic I needed, and the weather was glorious too.
