Day 7 140 kms

Last day back into our home territory . 7 days , 1000 kms , 7200 m of climbing , lots of laughs and no tears ! A stop for a cold beer at our local bike shop , a coffee stop before all 180 riders met at Southport to await the police escort up to SeaWorld and the finish line . A dinner in the evening with very moving and inspiring speeches and the kids so appreciative of all the support and help . An amazing experience that I shall never forget
