Bees In Fur Coats

It's not only bees that needed warm coats today. The central heating's been on most of this 100% grey day.

It was cheering to see a variety of bees on my Cotoneaster despite the weather. I counted 3 types of bumblebee as well as honey bees. This one is a Red-tailed bumblebee.
