It was a Zak day today & very entertaining it was too - well most of the time, 

The main shot shows him sitting in a chair that I used to sit in & also my Mum used to sit in when we were his age...

The extra is also of him squealing with delight on the swing..

Oh yes & I woke up with a clear chest today - still bunged up but loads better...:-)
