Excitement

Home to an eccentric viewer for the house. Came all the way from Birmingham. Stayed in Edinburgh and bussed out to my house for 11am. Still here nearly two hours later and fingers crossed he fell in love with my house.
Excitement as have one note of interest, only need another to set a closing date. After viewings were over took the kids to NB to view a dream house for us. Perfection except for the closing date on Thursday. Right house wrong time but doesn't stop the dream.
More ice cream sampling on the way home. It's a hard life
