Wet grey day...

It was socked in and soaking today. Busy day ending in an awesome spin class in the evening. I had 17 in my class and a good chunk of them were serious riders/athletes and triathletes so i stepped up my game/program. It was a tiring week and i had to dig deep but it went really well! Very happy with the class, happily exhausted... No energy to photograph anything else except my favorite rock on my favorite antique table.
