Brighton Breezy

It was both bright and breezy today.
Ran away to sea (and then along by the sea) then Scampi 'n' Chips (don't think that you are allowed to spell out tend 'and' in full) with C.
Then mooching, pottering, a bit of flaneuring and a pootle around some funky shops.
There are lots of dogs in Brighton and there seems to be some sort of bylaw that means that all dogs must be:A) Tiny, 2) Wearing a red neckerchief or iii) Tiny and wearing a red neckerchief.
