Out in the garden hunting for a blip I witnessed this.

Caught,
Attack,
Resist. 
Free.

Sorry some of it is a bit fuzzy but the action made everything shake rather violently. 

The St Andrews Cross spider went hungry, again, and the bee lived to tell the tale.
