Exciting...

...our numbers arrived for our race today.

This is the last week of Buncles couch to 5K training with the race less than two weeks away now.

He's done really well and I'm really proud of him.

We should have ran tonight but I was later home and he was not for budging. It had also been a freezing walk home and if I'm honest I wasn't all that keen myself to go back out in it. So we made a pact to run tomorrow night...regardless of what time I am home!

I am grateful for this running time with Buncle and grateful for his good effort throughout :-)
