We reached the Thames Barrier!

Today we travelled to London to pick up the Thames path where we left it a few weeks ago. Our mission today, to walk from Cutty Sark to the Thames Barrier. According to the maps it was about 4.5 miles, however, due to various building projects which have caused diversions to the path, we covered just over 9 miles! Whilst not the prettiest section of the river, there is lots to see and we were pleased to get to the Barrier and see it. I think we'll probably sleep well tonight.
