3 hours for 3 minutes of Cuckoo!!

Grabbed Life's journey and headed to Thursley nature reserve after the school run!

About an hours drive...

Arrived safely (Thanks to the tank) we headed into the reserve..

Not 100% sure on the directions with were given by a fellow photographer, we ventured forward..

We bumped into a friend on route. Bless him! Lovely chap!

We get to the 'said field' to find quite a few photographers already sat waiting..

Some really lovely people and some not so nice... 

This cuckoo is said to be a male and around 4 years old. He always comes back to the same site year after year..

We stood waiting...

Last seen and heard around 10am.

2pm came and we were almost ready to head back to the car...
