Smile please ..... you're on Candid Camera!

The goslings are still cute but it won't be long until they reach the rather ungainly stage when they are not quite so photogenic.
They are large enough now to be safe from a gull attack unlike the ducklings in the extra who are still very tiny and with only one parent looking after them the chance of all 11 surviving is pretty slim.

My friend Helpet57 took me out for a most enjoyable lunch today and of course we just had to have a gorgeous dessert ... extra 2. I think a boiled egg will do me at tea time!
