Quick turnaround...

...before we set off to Orkney, this time on land...
This is what we see from our bedroom, and our dining room now opens out on to the shady patio before the grass starts. The Montana is blossoming nicely, and you can see the washing on the whirligig line at the top - an innovation since retirement!
We dug the patio ourselves when we moved in over 20 years ago, and created the raised beds with what we dug out! Much barrowing ;) The multitude of wheely bins are hidden by the Montana and the trellis on the left (another change since retirement), and the building behind them is our linear double garage.
Roy has made sure we have some colour all year round - no time to sit outside with a cuppa today though...
