A conundrum?

Fellow Blipper, 'Missus W' told me about this a while back. It is a ruin beside what used to be the A96, along the Moray Firth. Apparently it is the remains of an old tollbooth, and I've a feeling it is quite old. However Mr Google doesn't seem to have heard of it, either on his maps or via searches. I am going to check out the library and the museum to find out more.
