Rowans

We have a huge Rowan tree in the garden, and this autumn it is laden with berries. They say that is a sign of a hard winter to come, I don't know, but they certainly look pretty.

We had country dancing in the morning, quite a hard morning, but very enjoyable, then we picked up the children as it was very wet just as they were getting out of school. Did an ironing at their's, story of my life, and made beefburgers for dinner, an unusual thing for us but we enjoyed them.

Just finished watching the Olympics Parade highlights, fantastic, so proud of all those athletes, they did us proud. And their beaming smiles said it all. and I think it will have changed a lot of people's attitudes to people with disabilities, and I do hope so.
