Speedwell

Thank you for the responses to my bird pictures over the last two days. Although I did see a Pied Wagtail this afternoon it was too far away to get a decent photograph.

It was another wonderful afternoon and the cold breeze had disappeared. On a small knoll in a clearing in the wood I noticed the Speedwell is just beginning to flower. I love the blue colour and delicate flowers.
