Sutro Baths, San Francisco

Today I flew off to San Francisco. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon there and since we got in early I decided to take the bus to the beach to watch the sunset.

Unfortunately the fog rolled in while I was on the bus - not an unusual occurrence in San Francisco. I like fog so I decided to stay with my outing and I very much enjoyed the moodiness of the Sutro Baths ruins. I've been here several times before and it's a beautiful and interesting place to walk. I sat on a ledge at the bottom and enjoyed watching and listening to the crashing surf. It was hard to believe that I was in a city!
