Cypress Spurge.

A flowering evergreen plant from the genus Euphorbia. It has a poisonous, milky white, latex like sap and unique floral structures. The common name 'Spurge' derives from Middle English/Old French 'spurge,' meaning to purge, due to it's use as a purgative. The name Euphorbia comes from Euphorbus, the Greek physician to King Juba II of Numidia who reigned from 52 BC to 23AD.  This plant is slightly different to one I posted a short while ago, which was in our garden. This was more like a small tree, in a garden I passed on my way to the newsagents.
