Yellowhammer

We are never alone on the cooriedog walk.

Thrushes announce our arrival, skylarks encourage our progress, chaffinches bob from tree to tree in front of us and robins wish us well from the tops of the trees which will become part of someone's Xmas.  And this yellowhammer stayed still long enough for a cropped blip.

It is good not to be alone.
