Guerrilla garden again.

Work has been very demoralising lately. I feel that no matter how hard I work I can't do a good job and that things are only going to become more difficult and there is nothing either my line manager or myself can do about it. 

Today I felt better, mainly because I have decided this is not my problem. 

And I have also put my CV out to a couple of agencies. 

This bracket lavender is in the guerrilla garden at Bellevue. A cheering sight.
