Cleaning the Cape Naden

The weekly challenge is Dogs, and it's rare that I go to town and don't spot several of them.  Not a one to be seen today.  It's been pouring and chilly since early morning, so maybe all the dog owners decided to stay home.  I sat outside at TJ Beans with a latte to keep my hands warm, hoping for some street photography.  No luck with that either, so I decided to take a quick walk by the harbour and saw this guy spraying the Cape Naden, one of the coast guard boats that was built in the Victoria shipyards.  I liked the bright splash of colour of his rain gear on a dull day.
