Parade

There is an urban myth in these parts that states that local morning paper, The Press and Journal, ran the headline,"Local man lost at sea." on the day they were reporting the sinking of the Titanic.
It has since been proved untrue.
Today, the sister paper of the Press and Journal, which is called The Evening Express, did have this story and headline.
This is about Team G.B.'s Olympic medal winner's parade through the streets of London yesterday.
Totally implying that the thousands of members of the public turned out in London just to see the athletes from this part of Scotland.
Don't you love the way local reporters always put a local slant on things?
