Last night's leftovers for lunch with a boiled egg chucked on the top for good measure.

Did a CXWORX class tonight. The heating was on in preparation for the yoga class afterwards. Holy guacamole, it was a sweaty affair!

Been trying to organise clothes for Madrid. I have a real lack of summer day wear. A city break in the heat is a tricky beast. It might get up to 30 degrees. I don't fair well in that kind of heat without factor 50, a sun hat, shade and a pool... The curse of the Scottish Lass.
