Managed to get an 8K run done tonight but it was hard work and my calf was hurting at the end. Before we went to Antarctica J ordered a cold water swimming hat from a website group who do wild swimming. They were writing a book on cold swimming and said if J wrote a piece for them they would put it in the book. Her copy came today with her article in it.
