Slow Worm

Today I unexpectedly inherited a garden from some friends who are off Wwoofing for a year. The garden is just round the corner from my house and is secluded and wild and beautiful with an abundance of blackberries and a large family of slow worms. We found five or six all hanging out together under some carpet mulch. They are the most amazing liquid gold colour.
