(I Love the Sound of) Breaking Glass

There are bodge it jobs, and then there are BODGE IT jobs. This is a BODGE IT job. I've no idea whether the window was smashed to get power outside, or if they just took advantage of the broken window. Either way, I have walked past this for the last two weeks and decided it was time it was snapped before some jobsworth sorted it out.
