Could be a pub name?

Dawn & I joined a Herts Wildlife Trust walk today called 'Meadow Flowers' at Cassiobury Park, near Watford. It's 35 mins from home on a good day but 1h15 if there's a broken down lorry en route. Grr. So we were late to start with. That said, the Guide appreciated my phoning to apologise and happily let us join in.

Anyway Cassiobury is not a Wildlife Trust area I've been to before so didn't know quite what to expect. It turns out (not that surprisingly really) that May is not good for meadow flowers so we didn't see much! We did however have a good talk on woodland and meadow management.

My blip is hugely cropped as this frog was only 4-5cm long and pretty jumpy! Its the best pic of the day however.
