With so many employment and study free days at my disposal this week, I decided to saunter to the West end after a quick jaunt in town, spending money that I probably shouldn't.

The last time I was in this area was five years ago and the impact is still the same. An absolutely charming and majestic building that is awe-inspiring for any student, tourist and Scot. I was waiting for a snowy owl and a bespectacled boy to appear from between the cloisters.
