MOT failure

We bought this bike for our two year old granddaughter.

Much as she liked it, it had a fault from the off.
The handle bars turn to one side as you can see, but not to the other.

It was comical to see her go round in circles, unable to turn the other way.

The supplying company has been magnificent in their handling of the issue, and will be collecting it tomorrow for replacement.
