Boating...

...on the tarn is jolly fun, they say.

Last week whilst walking around the tarn there were a pair of swans at the side of the lake, behind fences, with one sat on a nest.  Today?  No sign at all.  I did spot four Canada goslings but they were quite large, and I haven't seen them before - must have been hiding!
