Work is stupid busy at the moment, so it was nice to meet up with Helle in the afternoon for a training session. 

We spend the afternoon training and just enjoying our dogs and the sunshine.

Helle also helped me sort my costume for Hero's routine and we had sandwiches for tea before I went home.
