Lincoln Memorial

The most awful breakfast at the hotel did not set us up well for the day....

The weather has turned mega hot....34c today! We strolled to the Lincoln Memorial via the Mall and the Washington memorial. Drank cold drinks and walked back to the Smithsonian Museums. It was really too hot to be walking around and Sarah was not feeling great so she and Steve headed back to the hotel.

Matt and I walked a bit further and went into the Museum of Air and Space. Very cool in there and some interesting stuff! We then headed back to the hotel to cool off...at least the air con is working!! 7.4 miles walked today!

Think it will be eating and chilling out tonight!
