Azaleas in the Rain

Yesterday Westminster, today Maxwell Park. Got caught in a torrential downpour this afternoon.

There are some beautiful Azalea displays around the park at the moment.

Caught up with the Michael Mosley BBC programme "The Truth about Sleep". Must try to get to bed earlier, not sure about two kiwi fruit an hour before bedtime. Trying to switch off electronic devices at least half an hour before bed.
