Just wait for Mum and Dad

Jonty and Foxy were taking great interest in the back of the concrete, cubic, pot that has the olive bush growing in it.
I thought a cat had been around but when I looked I saw a baby blackbird hiding there. Obviously felt very safe and waiting for Mum and Dad Blackbird to come and feed him/her.
I got the dogs to come away and then the blackbird scurried out and went down the side of the house. Should have stayed where it was but went under the gate to the front of the house. Tried to find it to usher it back into the back garden but I think it is hiding underneath the thick hedge at the front.
Now keeping an eye open in case any cats come into the area.
