Day 138/17. I'll be your Chef tonight.....

Thursday evening, Karen is splashing around at Aquarobics....and I'm the chef with my bluetooth headphones blasting some Pink Floyd tunes.
A bottle of very chilled Sauvignon Blanc and I'm off......
Tonight's disk of the day is Garlic, Herb and Onion encrusted Salmon fillets with Dauphinoise potatoes and green beans.
